Use the VECTASTAIN® ABC-AmP reagent to detect mouse or rabbit primary antibodies on nitrocellulose or PVDF membranes. This amplified ABC alkaline phosphatase (AP) reagent:
- Introduces more enzymes to the target site, providing signal amplification while maintaining low background
- Crates a signal that can be visualized using chemiluminescent, chemifluorescent, or chromogenic substrates
- Pairs well with the DuoLuX™ substrate to generate a strong and sustained light signal with permanent fluorescence along with the capability to detect as little as 1 pg target protein
